FRIDGE:
To store the fish you catch during your stay, we have an additional 200ltr. Fridge storage available.
INTERNET:
From March 2025 we will have intenet available in Stuga Selsmoran.
SHOPPING:
We can make sure you are home with us from the time of arrival until you leave by filling up the fridge.
If you are interested we will, prior to your arrival send you a shopping list and you will be able to check box what you want. We will make sure its there as soon as you will arrive at Stuga Selsmoran. A small fee will be charged for this service.
RENTAL CAR:
We can, next to the Stuga, arrange a rental car for you at the Skellefteå Airport (SFT) so you are ready to come to us as soon as you’ve landed.
Please let us know what you want and we will make sure your dream comes true.
LONG STAY:
Planning to finish your thesis, write a book, or something else which needs a quite location without distraction?
We have special off season rates! Explain us when and for how long you are planning to visit us and we will make sure you feel home with us.
TENT OR CAMPER:
Travelling around as a backpacker or with a camper and looking for a place to stay for the night?
We are curious to hear your stories at the camp fire and like to discover your next travel plans!

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION:
– A deposit of 1000SEK / 100EURO is due within seven days of making your reservation.
– After receipt of the deposit, the booking is confirmed.
– The remaining amount must be paid no later than four weeks before the start of the rental period.
– The rental price includes electricity, towels, bedding and cleaning. Firewood can be bought separately.
– In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be returned, minus 250SEK / 25EURO administration fee.
– In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
– The main tenant must be present during the entire rental period (no proxy rental).
– The check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed upon during booking must be adhered to.
– No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the premises without prior permission.
– Our Stuga is a smoke-free area.
– Tenants agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good condition and to only use appliances for their intended use.
– Primary Renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any guest or guardian during their booked period.
– Primary Renter is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss incurred to any person while on the property.
– Stuga Selsmoran doesn’t accept legal or financial responsibility. Guests are staying with us on their own risk.
– Stuga Selsmoran is an accommodations for self-catering, you need to provide your own food.
– Bedding, towels will be provided by us and must be left at the accommodation without defects upon departure.
– Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they discover it.
HOUSE RULES:
– Check in time is 3Pm.
– Check out time is 10Am.
– Waste (- everything) is thrown away by the guests before departure. Also paper, glass, deposit bottles etc.
– Pets allowed, but please keep the environment (our garden) clean.
– No parties, events or other commercial activities without prior permission.
– Smoking is not allowed.
– The number of guests agreed upon during booking must be adhered to.
– Main tenant must be present during the rental period (no proxy rental).
– Charging of electrical cars is NOT allowed.
