RATES for 2026:
We are looking forward to welcome you at Stuga Selsmoran.
Pricing is determined by the length of your stay:
Stays of 1-3 nights: SEK 950.00 for 2 persons per night, additional guests SEK 350 per person / per night.
Stays of 4 nights or longer: SEK 800.00 for 2 persons per night, additional guests SEK 300 SEK per person per night.
All rates include towels, bedding, and cleaning.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Check-in is from 3 pm and Check-out by 10 am
FREEZER:
An additional 200-litre freezer is available for storing any fish caught during your stay.
INTERNET:
Complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available throughout Stuga Selsmoran.
SHOPPING:
To ensure you feel at home from the moment you arrive, we are pleased to stock the refrigerator on your behalf. Prior to your visit, we can send you a shopping list to complete, and your selected items will be waiting for you upon arrival. A small service fee applies.
RENTAL CAR:
A rental vehicle can easily be arranged at Skellefteå Airport (SFT), either online or via providers such as the AVIS app.
EXTENDED STAY:
Are you planning to complete a thesis, write a book, or undertake any project that calls for a quiet setting free from distraction? We offer special off-season and long-stay rates. Simply let us know your intended dates and duration, and we will ensure you feel entirely at home, with your own private residence and full facilities.
TENT OR CAMPER:
Travelling as a backpacker or by camper and seeking a place to spend the night? You are welcome to park your camper or pitch your tent. We would be delighted to hear your story around the campfire and learn where your travels will take you next. Please contact us if you are passing through, and we will be glad to accommodate you.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION:
– A deposit of SEK 1000 SEK or EURO 100 is due within seven days of making your reservation.
– After receipt of the deposit, the booking will be confirmed by email*.
– The remaining amount must be paid no later than four weeks before the start of the rental period.
– The rental price includes electricity, towels, bedding & cleaning. Firewood can be bought separately.
– In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned, minus SEK 250 SEK or EURO 25 administration fee.
– In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made.
* Your personal details are safe with us, nothing will be shared with 3rd parties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
– The main tenant must be present during the entire rental period (no proxy rental).
– The check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed upon during booking must be adhered to.
– No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the premises without prior permission.
– Our Stuga is a smoke-free area.
– Tenants agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good condition and to only use appliances for their intended use.
– Primary Renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any guest or guardian during their booked period.
– Primary Renter is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss incurred to any person while on the property.
– Stuga Selsmoran doesn’t accept legal or financial responsibility. Guests are staying with us on their own risk.
– Stuga Selsmoran is an accommodation for self-catering, you need to provide your own food & drinks.
– Bedding and towels will be provided by us and must be left at the accommodation without defects upon departure.
– Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they discover it.
– Cleaning will be done by us.
HOUSE RULES:
– Check in time is 3 pm.
– Check out time is 10 am.
– Waste (- everything) is thrown away by the guests before departure. Also paper, glass, deposit bottles etc.
– Pets are allowed only after confirmation. Please keep the environment (our garden & beyond) clean.
– No parties, events or other commercial activities without prior permission.
– Smoking is not allowed.
– The number of guests agreed upon during booking must be adhered to.
– Main tenant must be present during the rental period (no proxy rental).
– Charging of electrical cars is NOT allowed.
– Emptying your camper toilet is NOT possible.
