Buying a house in Sweden
Are you looking to buy a house in Sweden?
It can be time consuming and pictures on websites can be old or taken from a different angle, making them way off from reality.
Or houses are published on the regular websites like Hemnet are not according to your requirements.
Next to this, frequent travel to Sweden can be time consuming and costly, especially when it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Why not meet with us?
We are in contact with local brokers which have houses in their portfolio which are not (yet) published on i.e. Hemnet and as a result of that less known to the market (yet).
We can discuss your requirements, get in touch with local brokers and follow up on the houses you like with a first remote viewing.
This will make it easier for you to make a first selection and make your onsite visit to Sweden for a second viewing more efficient, less costly and almost with a successful result.
Remote viewing and report
We will do the remote viewing together with you, guide you through the house and you will be able to ask questions based on what you see.
Based on this viewing we will create a report which will reflect your requirements, i.e. the neighbourhood, schools, airport, train station, shopping, etc.
Follow up
When you plan to visit the house for an onsite viewing, we can arrange everything around it.
You could stay in our Stuga or in a hotel. We could pick you up from the airport or you decide to rent a car. Its all up to you.

We recently had a Dutch couple looking for a house near Kalix.
They had selected three houses for a viewing and contacted us to do the viewing while they where still in the Netherlands. We made the appointment with the brokers accordingly and did the remote viewing together with them on Whatsapp.
Before the viewing we’d asked them for their requirements and we prepared a report based on these requirements. During the visits we’ve added additional information into the report based on our experience during the viewing. We added also some pictures to it, so they have an idea about the environment, special items in / around the house, etc.
After sending them the reports, we’ve asked them for feedback and where to improve our service.
